Terms
Immersive Production | Master Terms of Use 1. Content Ownership & Marketing Rights Immersive Photography (the "Company") retains the full and exclusive copyright to all media produced, including photographs, video, 3D tours, and floor plans. The Company reserves the unrestricted right to use any and all media for its own marketing, advertising, social media, portfolio, and commercial purposes across any platform or medium, now or in the future, without further compensation or notification to the Client.
2. Limited Usage License The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the media solely for the purpose of marketing the specific property listing for the duration of the initial listing agreement. This license expires once the property is sold, leased, or the listing agreement is terminated. Media may not be sold, gifted, or transferred to third parties (including homeowners, builders, stagers, or subsequent agents) without express written consent from the Company.
3. Digital Modification & Accuracy Disclosure Elite Enhancements (including Virtual Staging and Twilight Conversions) are digital interpretations of a property. These may alter the physical appearance of the asset. The Company does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the propertyâ??s physical state. The Client assumes all liability for ensuring these enhancements are properly disclosed as "digitally modified" on the MLS to prevent buyer misrepresentation.
4. Production Readiness Properties are shot "as-is" upon arrival. Our team does not provide cleaning, decluttering, or staging services. High-wind or extreme weather conditions in Laramie may result in the rescheduling of drone or exterior assets at the Companyâ??s sole discretion to ensure safety and quality.
5. Payment & Access Payment is required via the Access Portal to release high-resolution, unwatermarked media. Use of any media prior to full payment constitutes a violation of this agreement and an immediate revocation of the usage license.
Section 6. Professional Disclosure & Confidentiality The Client acknowledges that the Companyâ??s principal, Arianna Van Fleet, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Wyoming. The Client understands that this production engagement is strictly for media services and does not create an agency relationship or any real estate brokerage representation. All non-public information regarding the property, the sellerâ??s motivations, or any proprietary listing data disclosed to the Company during the production process will be held in strict confidence. The Company and its principal will not use such confidential information for external real estate business purposes, nor will they leverage such information to compete against the Client, without the express written permission of the Client or as required by law.
