Terms
By purchasing and receiving the final photographs, the client (or client's representative, e.g., real estate agent) is granted a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the photographs for the purposes of marketing and promoting the specific property addressed in this order for the duration of its listing.
The client may use these images in print and digital media for the singular purpose of marketing the property. This license is valid only for the original listing client and cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to any third party, including subsequent listing agents, builders, or other vendors.
Photographer's Rights (Copyright)
Immersive Photography retains all copyrights to all images produced. The photographer reserves the irrevocable right to use any and all photographs taken during the service for the purpose of self promotion, marketing, portfolio display, and competition entry, across all media platforms, without limitation or compensation to the client. The client grants express permission for Immersive Photography to use the photographs in this manner without requiring separate consent.
General Conditions
Payment: All services must be paid for in full prior to the delivery of the final images. Liability: Client agrees that Immersive Photography's liability for any loss, damage, or failure to deliver images will be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the service.
